What happens if you plot the number of hits in google for all strings with an increasing number of 'a's?



Please also consider, that after 128 'a's lazy google doesn't hold any results anymore.

Very strange graph. If I look at the string "" (which is matched by a*) then google gives me no results. So the graph should start at 0,0 right?

Winners are:

www -> for obvious reasons
30*"x" -> wth?
(50|100)*[a-z] -> google does strange things with its data...

Btw., it's on a logarithmic scale, if someone didn't found out... :)
